Refund policy

At WITH EASE, each piece is carefully prepared and finished by hand. We want you to feel confident in your order, while also being clear about what to expect.

This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

 

Faults & Craftsmanship Guarantee

We offer a 30-day Craftsmanship Guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

If your cane:
– arrives damaged
– experiences vinyl lifting
– loses rhinestones
– shows stitching faults due to workmanship

you may be eligible for a repair or a full refund.

To begin, please email with-ease@outlook.com with:
– your order number
– clear photographs showing the issue

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
For confirmed faults, return postage will be covered by WITH EASE.

This guarantee covers faults in workmanship only and does not include:
– accidental damage
– misuse
– environmental damage (including water exposure)
– general wear and tear over time

Custom & Bespoke Orders

All custom and bespoke WITH EASE pieces are made to order.

Because of this:
– custom orders cannot be returned for change of mind
– custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

Final designs will always be confirmed prior to production. Once approved, the order is considered final.

If your custom piece arrives with a fault in workmanship, it will still be covered under our 30-day Craftsmanship Guarantee.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only.

After this point, your order may have already entered preparation or production and cannot be cancelled.

 

Returns Process

All returns must be approved by WITH EASE before being sent back.

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at with-ease@outlook.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Provide photographs if the item is faulty

We will guide you through the next steps.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

We recommend retaining proof of postage when returning your item.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:
– refunds will be processed to your original payment method
– please allow a few working days for funds to appear, depending on your provider

 

Important Notes

WITH EASE canes are designed as occasion-based pieces.

Due to the nature of materials and finishes:
– signs of wear may develop over time
– exposure to moisture or friction may affect the appearance

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their intended use.
