This website is operated by WITH EASE. By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
Products
Each WITH EASE cane is individually finished by hand. Due to the nature of materials and processes used, slight variations may occur between pieces.
All products are designed as occasion-based items and are not intended to replace everyday mobility aids.
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability for their individual needs.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- all information provided is accurate
- you are authorised to use the payment method
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or dispatched.
For custom orders, production will only begin once payment has been received and confirmed.
Custom Orders
Custom and bespoke items are made to order.
Once a design has been approved and production has begun:
- orders cannot be cancelled
- changes cannot be made
Intellectual Property
All content associated with WITH EASE — including designs, imagery, text, and branding — remains the intellectual property of WITH EASE.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is not permitted.
Liability
We do not guarantee that use of our products will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
